I am mySELF
“Be yourself, everyone else is already taken” has always been a favourite quote of mine, in part because the words came from my literary hero Oscar Wilde but mostly because it simply resonates. Being yourself sounds obvious doesn’t it? Because who else would you be? But the truth is we have many versions of ourSELVES: the parent, the friend, the colleague, the neighbour, the student, the teacher… and sometimes we can lose sight of who we actually are.
Thankfully yoga bestows time, space and energy to truly connect with your real SELF so you’re well on the path to self discovery and now it’s time to affirm it!
